Whether you’re approaching counselling as a couple or an individual, we will have an initial assessment session to establish the therapeutic relationship and ensure that we can work together ethically.
I tailor the therapy according to the needs of the client(s). My integrative approaches include:

Video calls
Since June 2020, I have been working via Zoom in place of face-to-face sessions. Although I was sceptical at first, it has proved to be an excellent alternative. We are still able to engage with each others’ facial expressions and body language and it allows for fewer time constraints (travel time etc).

Phone calls & email
For those who would prefer more anonymity, I also offer telephone counselling. This option is best-suited to individuals rather than couples.
